If it is Boxer-primed NATO brass (such as we use), then all you need to do is punch out the old primers, clean the casings, swage out the crimp marks, and then load as usual. If it is Berdan primed (eg: South African ), then you are up the creek without a paddle. More or less, it cannot be reloaded.
