Web18 jan. 2012 · You probably want to configure the fan to spin up to higher RPMs as the card gets hotter. You're also capping at 60 FPS with V-Sync cause V-sync allows your maximum FPS to be that of your monitor's refresh rate, so if the monitor has a 60Hz refresh, you'll cap at 60 FPS.
