Your print will stick like no tomorrow. I do this once every 10 prints or so or if the print is large and I don't want warping. I also use Aquanet on Kapton tape too.

I have kapton tape too, but it's a six inch wide 1-mil roll and it tears pretty easy. The two inch wide blue tape is much easier to apply and remove.
