Webb7 jan. 2024 · Pinging and ssh are unrelated services so one of them working does not really say much about the other. Pinging is a common first step to confirm you can see a particular device, but that does not extend off to knowing a particular services is running and having an open port to communicate through. Try setting up Egress for ICMP/TCP/UDP, then see if you can resolve + ping from the VM.
