WebI bought my first house last year and I realized it was a quick flip for someone. The original owner left the roof shingles flush with the edge of the eaves and trim. Water is rotting out a lot of the trim and some of the fascia. My goal is to replace trim, fascia and add a drip edge to hopefully mitigate this issue.
