Disabled the 4 Nvidia hair works, etc settings in game. Have FPS set to 60. Drops to 20 when multiple enemy fights and occasional drops to 0 for a second or so when it freezes. WebEDIT: based on my tracert results, I think this post is basically happening again: Every single night if you live in the South East United States (specifically on Comcast, and maybe others) you should experience a 20-25 minute lag spike which results in near unplayable/connection to server lost spike every night.
